TechSolvers is a customer service driven IT Managed Services company based in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

Our focus is on providing IT Managed Support services, utilising extensive monitoring and remote access to proactively support our clients systems and fix issues before they become problems.

We are also focused on the use, when appropriate, of Online/Hosted services. We have found that online services can substantially reduce our clients IT costs, while at the same time improving both availibilty and functionality.
 
Our primary service is supplying contract based, unlimited, IT support. This means that for a fixed, and easy to budget for, monthly payment we effectively become our clients IT department. Providing unlimited support, monitoring, helpdesk, procurement, supplier management (so you only have to call us regarding any IT fault) etc. The monthly payment is based on the number of devices (workstations and servers) a client has. With our Fully Managed Service this also includes unlimited on-site support, should it be needed.
 
It is our aim to work with our clients to make their networks more reliable, to reduce downtime and increase productivity, saving them money in the process.
 
We are a small team of experienced IT engineers, each with over 10 years experience. Meaning when our clients call with a problem, they speak to someone they know and who understands their environment. Someone who can help straight away. 

TechSolvers is run by Phil Long and Thomas Mitchell. Both of whom have many years experience working for large companies including Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Fidelity Investments, Eversheds, Anglo American and Budget Rent-A-Car.
